    I understood that you install QuadSpark Four Channel Ignition Module & IGN-6 Six-Tower Coil Pack & MicroSquirt with 8′ Harness . would you tell please if all of those items still working fine after 3 & half years or not, Thanks for posting this video.

    Hello, what values ​​did you put in your configuration? -cranking dweel, -Nominal dweel, -spark duration.

      For the pack I used the nominal dwell is set to 3.4ms, and the cranking dwell is 6ms. You can play with the spark duration to see what works best, I would start with 1ms.

    BTW, @Haters Garage,
    thank you for the video. My e30 feels better than ever now.
    I was able to install IGN6 with QuadSpark.
    There are not much useful data online except the forums and your video :)

    Thanks for putting this up.
    I’m curious if you had enough wire with the DB26 plug wires to connect to the QuadSpark and still make it through the firewall or if you need to extend one side of it?

      Found out wires weren’t long enough. Nbd. Now I’m trying to sort where the 12v plugs in.

    Thank you so much for yhr explanation. Especially on an m20. Was searching myself. Have you had any reliability issues with the quad spark at all? I have searched and AEM (30-2843) 3-Channel Ignition Coil Driver works well.

      No problem. And no I haven't had any reliability issues from it, only some bad plugs. I'd recommend getting some iridium or platinum plugs, copper plugs don't last very long in a wasted spark application.

      @@HatersGarage i can imagine since they are having twice as many sparks. Pretty sure im already running ngk iridium plugs. But good to know. Just need ms2pnp.

    Thank you. Do you have to add a wheel inside the car to pick anything up, or is that it? Do you have list of all the parts needed that you can send me. I have shaved my bay on my 3.0 m20 and want to run wasted spark

      NP, I watched your video on the E30, that thing is sweet. How much boost are you running? Wasted spark could definitely help with tuning.     @Haters (nice name, that could be a lot of people. lol) Anyway, I understand more power on the high end, but how did this effect your fuel economy for daily driving? My theory is it went down significantly... Am I right? Let us know and Thanks for the vid!

      No, the drivability or gas mileage wasn't decreased at all. (It was improved!) I can't think of one way the stock distributor is better, solid state ignition is the way to go. Lots of newer cars use this exact setup, that or coil-on-plug.

    Hey brother I’ve installed this twice on my car. Did a lot of testing and thought my quad spark wasn’t sparking B or C. It’s all wire exactly how you did it. The pins are correct. Setting are correct. This is such a headache that should be so easy. Any idea why I can’t get B or C to spark ?

      I even was sent a new quad spark it’s still not working. I made sure the wiring was really tight this time. Still same problem

      @@adabashidesign6151 Is it still not working? I've been there a bunch of times believe me. Have you asked the forums? That's the first thing I do when I get stuck on something; there are a lot of people smarter than me on there that can help.     well that's nice to share this :) i'm actually in the same conversion on my turbo M20 and it help me a lot, but sry i'm still bad as understanding "english talk" (i'm french :/ ) , so i didn't find if you talk about the jumper in the ECU , that's the only question i have no answer at this moment , how to place the jumpers in the ECU (i'm with V3.57 board , MSpnp gen2)

    Did you notice any improvements over stock ecu? Planning doing the same for later boosting

      As far as horsepower numbers, there wasn't a whole lot gained. Maybe 10hp? I would definitely get at wideband o2 sensor and an intake temp sensor to delete your AFM at the same time. You can make it much more efficient and get better gas mileage with it; if that's what you're into.
