I recently connected with my spirit guide two times through online guided meditation.(45mins each) . This happened in past two weeks. New to everything and looking back I didn't know that I was connected the first time. I was in the woods on an animal path that traced the hills. I saw either a young fox or coyote up the trail. I grabbed a rotten limb and tossed it harmlessly a head him. He ran off. (2nd) I think I was on different trail and there was light snow. The trail looped around a low rock face, cave, run up, and there were solo dog tracks. I didn't notice the tracks until I playfully ran up the run up. I felt fearful I think because this would be a great den for something potentially dangerous. I never saw anything the second time, but there was tracks. Do you travel in your spirit guide from time to time? Respectfully Sent
I used to have a big tree in my old backyard and I would talk to it sometimes and treated it when it got mildew. Just before I moved away I spoke with the tree again and said goodbye and that I hoped it would be well. I put my hand on the trunk like I always did, but this time I could feel a strange energy flowing Into my hand. It was weird! I looked at my hand for a long time after purely because if the strangeness. A few days later I watched a video where grandmother Gail Whitlow was talking about how if you put your hands on a tree, sometimes you can feel it's energy or message. I place my hands on lots of trees now lol! 💚🌿🙂
I have a beautiful old oak outside of my house. I'm going to try this...I'm sure that tree has a lot of energy. The previous owner of the house wanted to cut the tree down but I decided to keep it b/c it is so beautiful and provides homes for birds and squirrels.

Just the other day, I went for a hike through the redwoods by my home. I was heavy hearted by a life circumstance and needed to clear my mind. Some recently fallen trees were blocking the path I take, and I decided to turn around to take another path or just leave. I paused for a moment, and something told me to turn to my right. When I did, I saw a brown hawk come flying towards me. It didn't flap its wings. I just glided towards and above me, then continued about twenty feet away before it disappeared into some trees. Now, I have hiked this forest for years and never saw any wildlife. It is a very quiet place for the exception of planes flying over. A sense of peace and hope washed over me when this bird flew over me. I knew at once this was a spirit guide.

I feel the same way. the connection with trees and animals but also with other plants. I actually have conversations with animals. I had an eagle telling me I was disturbing him/her on my way out the door to pick up my mother.
My spirit guides connect with me now through the course of the day when there is something they want me to know. I am especially able to hear them when I am doing routine tasks like washing the dishes or showering. If I need their guidance or help, I ask for what I need and they get back to me when they have an answer or when the time is right. Thank you for your video.

I already have met two of my spirit guides through visions as a child. One was a black bear and the other a wolf. I united with (or became aware of) an eagle in my 20's. However I find it interesting that this quiz result gave me Buffalo. Buffalo is the commonly mistaken name of the animal (bison) that sustained my people (Amskapi Pikuni aka Blackfeet) for centuries. It is a very important animal to my culture on my mother's side. (Rarámuri and Basque on my father's side - a perfect example of two indigenous cultures that look nothing alike.) And though it could be vaguely written enough that anybody could feel it applicable, I do agree that it aligns with my understanding of myself.
I am white, but have always been drawn to Native American culture. The more I learn, the more awe & respect I have. I’m so glad this vid came up in my search - very understandable & beautiful. I heard a flute playing in the trees down from my home a couple of days ago. My horses even turned their heads in the same direction to listen and see. But, a couple of months ago, I awoke from a dead sleep on my left side facing the wall to see One of the Greatest Chief’s laying next to me on his right side looking straight at me.I will not give his name out of respect. For several seconds. I do not know what to think of any of this. I am too white for the American natives, my blood is mixed, and never found my place in the white mans world. Yet, I am stuck.

When I started going to the swet lodge they prayed over me one time when I came back from a swet lodge It kinda freaked me out 😂 But the first time I was in ke garden about 4 or 5 so it was not that bad

And even if you're not you still may be able to book that appointment depending on where you call. I'd try contacting my nearest indigenous health care centre, healing or friendship centre. Ask them if you can make an appointment with a healer or elder and they will definitely help guide you on connecting with your helpers. I hope this helps :) Let us know if you have more questions.
