It was a mod. There was an unfortunate side-effect of using it though. When ECO did a game update, people lost any truck that had been re-painted - some game updates may or may not retain modded content...so it's a risk.

@Kayla Long - Yes, if it uses Windows 10, the above specs are fairly common on most mid-range or better laptops. Tablets like a SurfacePro may technically run the game but will not provide a good experience. Maybe the easiest way to check the above specs is to Type "Task" in your search window, Open the Task Manager App, Click on the Performance Tab, and you can click on and view the base specs about your CPU, Memory (RAM), and GPU.
I'm a tower crane operator and I'm actually surprised how well the devs did making this, watching the video I felt like I was at work for a sec haha

Wobbly arm is a shitty design that leads to a lot of frustration, botched builds and time wasted, WTF you are 'appreciating' it so much.
