The UD army at the end looked scary until a couple of wisps denoted the skeletons and mana
My favorite tactic against necrowagon is loading a zeppelin up with a bunch of wisps and dropping them all over his skeletons and necros to detonate. You should try it sometime. Very entertaining and quite effective! He can't nova them in time if your Goblin fighter pilot hits his mark
Today I remembered the staff missclick on the Zeppelin from the game a few days ago.

I love things about sc2 and wc3. I think my perfect rts is somewhere in between them. Like a wc3 with larger maps, more bases, and higher supply.

I think 1 reason is hard for grubby to play elves is he tries very hard to be clever. Being clever is NEEDED to win as orc but I feel elves can be played in a straightforward way, creep, expo, fight and win

Hey grubby. I’m not sure if you answer questions in your CZcams comments, but I was wondering which faction orb (venom, corruption, lightning, fire) was best and if any of them are considered to be bad.
Orb of Corruption is the most integral to a race; I would say that Orb of Venom is therefore 2nd best, Orb of Lightning 3rd best and Orb of Fire worst; however, you'll see more Orb of Fire because HU is generally richer than Orc due to their fast expanding. And HU relies on getting it against Undead, but Orc doesn't often get the chance to go T3 in current meta.

If I had to guess. UD makes a lot of bats as a mid game distraction, buy time tactic. Where the other units can kite and heal easier the glaive throwers are at a disadvantage and would be easy pickings to gargs
I think he's said before, I might be wrong, but I think he's said before that he thinks glaive is the worst of the 4 races siege weapons. And even in an nelf army, it doesn't sit as well. It's a backline unit, but all your units are backline, so the glaive thrower gets stuck closer to the enemy by default. Archers and dryads have to reposition constantly to survive their battle lines, but at least they can move and survive. Glaive is this dead weight that locks your own army in position, you either abandon it to die having done little, or waste a bunch if units trying to escort it to safety
@@ambion19 It may not work against every race. Against UD, which tends to have a clamped-up base layout, trying to go in there against tough towers and slow, is asking for it :)
Grubby’s strength is moving in and out of engagements, good micro. Even one Glaive would for the UD to come out of the base and engage. No?
I'm actually very impressive with people fine with being spammed with character voices like "Hi! Are we being invaded?" 1,000 times per game.

If meat wagons are intended to counter dryads, but must also be so slow and easy to destroy, then they really ought to be cheaper. Siege units are so strangely balanced in WC3, especially when comparing them all to human arsenal.

There was a series called Manhattan that was unfortunately cancelled after 2 seasons. Imo much better than the movie.
As a lower MMR player with questionable micro, I find I absolutely suck with archers. I just tech to bears and skip them. Seems to work out for me a lot.

Genuine question. "Why you not using dyrad dispell to destroy the skelly? Isnt that more cheaper?"
Dryad dispel is single target. Killing one skeleton may not be worth the micro it takes when he could also be microing hero, pulling back low units, controlling focus fire, detonating wisps. or getting better position for his units. Only so many things can be done at once and abolishing skellies is less impactful than other things he can do.
Dryads don't have much mana for that. There are much more skellies than Dryads have mana. It's just not a sustainable way to counter mass skellies on the long run
Single target dispel vs AOE dispel should be enough explanation why it's not as good.

Noticed a couple of times that he clicks halt full moon wells first, wouldn't he want to use full ones first to start regen. Is that on purpose or other reason?
Maybe he saves some for his heroes when he wants full health and mana? I don’t know, I just play Campaign :p

May I know why when you play Warden first and she always end up solo never with 2nd hero
She relies on heavy level scaling and tomes to be valid and not get outscaled. She's pure magic damage dealer and doesn't do tanking or DPS via basic attacks very well

I agree with Grubby and HATE the new @name thing youtube has done. It definitely did even more damage to the "community" feel of youtube by reducing everyone down to their original sign-up usernames which for many of us was just some random BS we thought up at the time fifteen or twenty years ago LMAO.

Just when I think I want to try WC3 competitively, I see the insane micro and realize it would be a waste of time (for me). I suck ass at micro.
You can play lower micro starts, there's a lot of complexity to the game beyond just microing units
@@macsenhayes Yeah it's just like, if I cant even do micro, I doubt I can do the other complex things very effectively. I'm not terrible at the custom games but I get outclassed pretty quick in online play.

Buddy, I think you deserve to play in dota 2's dash1 scene. You are a very cool player, when dota was in its infancy, I played wakrkaft 3, on a breakdown, I will not say that I would be on the same level, but in dota there were few equals...So I think that if you move to the kerry position, and will always play only for yourself, and to win. You can do a lot!!! Try it! I realize that the dota community is very toxic, but your skill and understanding of the game, + micro control, will make a breakthrough, sooner or later!) Do not go to the mid, there you are too vulnerable, go to the kerry and you will succeed!)Sorry for my admonition)

Says a lot about how strong necs are for UD, that the necromancer player could get to top 100 with such horrible micro.
He seems to have read the comments, because now he knows how to target archers, but he doesn't have the micro to make it work. And he still doesn't know how to wall in UD bases or mines (walled-in UD bases are great for hiding ToTD).
Makes me want to get back into War3, except my APM is way too low.

I played a lot of warcraft 3 when I was young, so It's fun and nostalgic to see some again. Grubby was already famous back in the day ( when streaming wasn't even a thing ).
Alas, although I love Reign of Chaos, I couldn't get passed some bizare new content on Frozen Throne.
Watching this game gave me PTSD : ho yeah, there's a PANDA in this game ! I remember now. One of the main fun killers for me.
Warcraft 1 and 2, battles between humans and orc : how great.
Warcraft 3 ROC : still great.
Frozen Throne : enters pandas and whatnot.
And I always thought : if only the "panda hero" ( it already sounds weird ) was low-tier and nobody played it, I could have handled it. But everybody played it because it was strong.
I remember now ... that I wanted to forget about all this altogether. Damn ! I had forgoten all about it ( until this day, that is ).
It's always hard when a new expansion have some stuff you love, AND some stuff you hate.

These UD-s play a game for lose probably works fine against 90% of the players, who think the UD is full all in with 8 ghoul attack, but that's just a distraction, and giving grubby +2 levels on both hero is just too much tempo baby tempo!
i dont get it
his heroes are too low lvl, lvl 1 lich for 10+ minutes
also very strange decisions with mass gargs and other stuff..
he just feeds his units for you to get exp without getting any value
talk about that dk going for a lone low hp archer with coil in the fog of war :) that guy was not scouting , blatant MH or streamsnipe but I guess everyone noticed
