Such a beautiful round end slicer (trancheermes) and you use a flexible boning knife to cut the meat at the end....... WHY, Roel, WHY???? That expensive round end slicer is meant to be used for such nice cuts!!! Still a mouth-watering experience you offered in this video. Love it!!
