Unfortunately Napoleon don't respect their Lifetime Warranty, I have a Rodeo Pro 22, after some years of service, the rust perfored the bottom of the BBQ near the leg. Dangerous because he can fall but no help from Napoleon!!!

So this is what is needed. An inline valve from the smoke chamber. To the fire box. So you can close the fire chamber off. To the smoke chamber. Because everytime you add new wood. Either ashes go into smoke chamber. Or the fire may boil over into the smoke chamber. I would like a dollar. For everyone. You make with this feature.
That meat from the 3 2 1 method actually looks better at the end of 2nd phase than the other ribs. I wouldnt even put them on for another hour. Just rest em. the slice and eat!

When you say beef ribs was waste products. Idk how to react. Even that waste the bone and meat in here still useful as broth. Indonesia meat price can we say is extremely expensive. On big day like Ied Mubarak that can touch IDR200K or even more.
Burning them clean isn't an option? I mean, this is how I do it for years. Fire up the BBQ get it really hot. and just burn them clean. I'm no expert though. Am i missing something?
Burning them is a great option. I used them method on the daily. Except when I want my grill grates to sparkel.

I give it 10 out of ten just for its juicy appeal. We dont get good burgers in England, l would love one or 5 of those lol. 😂
