I love Ramana so much with all my heart and soul.
I was blessed to read "Who Am I?" when I was just 11 years old. And I heard the message: "you are not the body or the mind".
Meditation with "I am" stayed with me for years. And of course studying his other books.
I was blessed again to go to India in 1996, and went to the holy mountain of Shiva, Arunachala. (!)
I sat in the different places Ramana lived on that beautiful mountain. So incredible after so many years loving him and feeling the oneness with him to actually be in his "setting" was just beyond words, sacred.
I walked around the mountain and climbed to the top.
I made friends with some children by the back gate of the ashram and was met with their smiling faces many times.
I also stayed with Papaj and had his satsang. Wonderful. He told me I was a very wise man after reading my question to him. It was also the day that someone brought him the Forty Verses of Ramana which he read. So it was a perfect circle with them. I am so immensely grateful 🙏.
I was a regular at Gangaji's satsang as well. The first time she loved a comment I made and said, "Yes!" and threw me a rose flower!
I had an intimate meeting with her for the volunteers, I helped set up the video for her. She turned to me and said, "you're looking beautiful".
So blessed beyond measure in this life.
