    I am positive for MGUS the precursor for MM and have taken on my own Quercetin 500 mg a day for 3 years now as a chemo preventative treatment to MM. I read research papers that support this as does my oncologist. And at age 76 so far so good.
    I was in Vietnam and Camp Lejeune. So My VA oncologist will monitor my blood and urine every 6 months. So I am lucky for that.
