Hello all and thank you for this, I believe your presentation answers rather an unmet need and was greatly appreciated. I had a high level of fitness and strength when I suffered a series of spinal fractures 3 years ago in my earl 50s and after ASCT and Spinal surgeries I am still here and as time progresses keen to do all I can to improve bone health and preserve fitness, you provided a useful guide in an hour, one could not ask you to do so in less time. Thank you.
