  • I have done a lot of research in grip training for climbing and overall strength training and it seems one of the more risky styles of training is Plyometric. There aren't a lot of studies on plyometric training for hand strength but there have been many studies on lower body explosive power and tendon strength. I am going to be conducting this experiment for the next few months and see how it turns out.

80% for 30 seconds, for 3 sets. 90 seconds rest between sets. There are years worth of research to show this is the best method to increase tendon strength. Should be done about every other day

Woah no way! I was looking for research on this specifically and most of it was on lower body plyometrics, where can I find this info?
