if someone were to do it on their head, should we use a hooded dryer too, or should we just put on a plastic cap and wait for like an hour? or should we use both ( first the hooded dryer for 5 min, then put on a plastic cap and let soak for 1hr)?

Im going to do the color but I’m scared to try the bleach / highlight step but it definitely made your hair pop!!! What product was that again and what did you add to it to change it from the powder consistency?
You can use the dye and 30 or 40 developer depending on his light you want it, you don’t have to use bleach
you mix it with ur developer

It depends on the hair. I usually leave it for 1 hr and I put it in the oven for 10 minutes so it can process faster. I did this with the red for their line

you cant do anything with the left over dye if it is ,mix with the developer already you will have to throw it out....if it is not mixed with the developer keep it for another usage ...and im soooooo glad it came out bomb for you friend

When you do your natural hair do you have to bleach it for it can get that color
No, natural hair will lift faster because of the heat from your scalp, you would only bleach the hair if you wanted a lighter color than she got

At what point did you use Quick Blue? It looked like you mixed the dye & developer in an empty Quick Blue bucket. I’m confused because on the list of products used it has a link to Quick Blue.
She just used the empty quick blue container to mix her products , she may have added that into her description maybe for the next step like if you couldn’t get your hands on the blonde bleach ... Idk lol
