    5 eggs+ butter (800 cal), chicken total(800 to 1000 cal), snacks, sauces, veg and dosa (100-200 cal). Total 2000- 2200 cal approx. That’s a lot of calories consumed per day to lose significant weight compared to her height ie (5/5.1 ft). Don’t follow her diet.

    Maddy! Listen up, mukbanger doesn't necessarily have to have a LARGE portion of foods, you basically are force eating. Why not reduce the foods for mukbang?

    1. egg yoke is absolutely healthy, increases good cholesterol, good source of omega3 too.. still it is fat, so u should not have more than 1 for a meal, if u are in weight loss program
    2. that chicken u ate in lunch seems spicy.. spices are also good for health but it harms if u are not intake carbs.. cause spice(mashala) increases digestive fire in our stomach and carbs balance it
    3. at dinner u should have less protein, cause protein takes time to get digest and that urja(power/energy) need to be channelized through work, at night that would not possible
    note: excessive protein causes kidney issues, case of a long wrong practice

    Mayonnaise is almost 90% fat , focus on reducing your cholesterol level & fat percentage. Reducing weight is not that important.

    Just a small tip.. If anyone want follow keto diet.. There are some disadvantages like weight loss fast in first few months.. That's just water weight, later takes lot of time to lose all those kilos.
    Hair loss
    Get sick and tired easily if you go hard core keto 🥦🍎🥗🍌 diet
    So stay safe and fit.. Best is run every day for 1 hour in morning.
    And also don't drastically cut down your meal in takes.

      Different people require different amount of calories. Even if she is in a calorie deficit, her resting metabolic rate is higher than yours. So if even if it “looks” like she’s eating more than what you eat in 3 days, it’s healthy for her and helps her lose weight.

      @@aquawoman8202 there are several factors that play into this. First off, weight loss if not just loosing weight directly on the scale, inches can be lost; muscle can be gained. Second off, there are many differences that she might notice as it is her body. Third off, the camera is not an accurate depiction of a persons body, as the saying goes- “the camera adds 10 pounds.” Forth off all, I see that you comment about her weight constantly, I really think you should consider your “girl next door” vibe cuz honey let me tell you, discouraging another person who is trying to get fit isn’t cute, it isn’t quirky. I suggest you stop commenting on her weight and take a good long hard look in the mirror!

      How illiterate do u have to be 😑… everyone has different diet plans.. i eat around 6 meals a day with 200 gm of protein.. and my meals are full of carbs and protein but i still have abs… so it depends upon your calorie intake not the amount 👏🏻.. government should add a new subject to school called Nutrition Science 😵‍💫.. nowadays most of Indians don’t know shit about nutrition and they talk shit about others all the time 🗿

    😢ur doin weight loss but the amount of food u consume is too much. My routine is tht i do intermediate fasting i dnt do breakfast n at around a set time 12-3 of the afternoon i eat my lunch but i carefully check the quantity i m taking in n i prefer to eat in a small bowl. I take in more amount of water to keep hydrated n i skip dinner. In between i smtimes consumes some snack but not often much. U should try intermediate fasting

      And fruits and veggies add a lot of carbs ....believe it or not....I didn keto for some time and I also had to focus on dairy and meat....can get boring to be honest

    U r eating lots of proteins which nice things but dont follow this diet regularly 5 days .....add paneer ground nuts ..dry fruits, seasonal fruits Vegetables in u r diet ...and do portion control diet ....u r eating 5 eggs in u r whole day ...its not good for health plz eat 2 or 3 eggs only in a whole day....     It's good to see that You're taking care of your health but Keto Diet is also not that much healthy for long time. I am sure you must be under any nutritionist, so i believe u do know better abt ur diet.
    But u can have veggies also, only consuming protein & good fat isn’t enough for long time & then for shoot u have so many foods.
