Middle Earth Half Marathon

Is this the most unique trail run in the world?
Running through the Hobbiton Movie Set, with the option of a waterslide and a 7 metre jump into a lake, stopping in for beer at the Green Dragon Inn before a 2km final leg to the Finish line.
