Jokes aside, I'm genuinely sad about this whole story because it just shows how bizarre the pressure of not getting old is. People literally get another face just to look younger and end up looking like blow-up dolls. It is scary.
It is sad, but their kinda(!) Deserved it. They wanted to outplay time - instead of diets, face and health care, they paid money and hoped they will get an instant result without patience and working for it. Aspecially knowing that no one made them to choose him - they had to see his work results before they agreed to the surgery.
I am not justifying him, just saying that trying to cheat in life ans hoping you will not get the same everyone got always comes with a price. Some are lucky and picky enough to get it the price low, some - pay like this

I think it’s a satirical account, they don’t look at all real in a horrifically comical way. Plus I’m sure I saw them glitching, like there’s a filter on them
it isnt satirical. its a phenomenon called "ghost surgeons" which are very common in asia. an untrained, unlicensed surgeon is performing these surgeries.
