  • This is an overview review of the Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta resort. It is our third time going to a Vidanta, but the first time at Nuevo Vallarta. The resort is great and definitely lives up to the quality of the Vidanta Riviera Maya. We had the opportunity to use almost every pool in the resort due to having both Grand Luxxe and Grand Mayan bracelets (long story) and were very happy with our experience as a whole. I will definitely return.

    There are trundle beds in the Grand Luxxe units. We are currently staying at one. We visited both Walmart and La Comer. One difference at all Vidanta resorts is depending on the Unit you are staying at can limit access to restaurants, pools and beach facilities.

    Nice review. We own at Nuevo, but we seldom stay there. Just too big. Best part is the Thursday night fiesta and tubing down their man made river.

    Hi! I'm planning to use my RCI points this coming June 2022, but i'm not sure which one should i pick, The Grand Bliss or The Grand Mayan 1 bedroom. In our group we have 3 adults, 1 senior and 2 kids. So can you recommend which place should i pick based on restaurant location and swimming pools for the kids? Hope to hear from you soon. Ofcourse we want to save money just like you did in this video.

    good video,,, I'm an owner and have to beg for a ocean view, yet people visiting without get ocean view,,, it pee's owners off... but it is a great resort. You were also "lucky" to utilize the Luxxe and Bliss pools, as an owner, you shouldn't, however We visited prior to your video, therefore this must of changed. I know for a fact, Vidanta is struggling to sell "timeshare's" for the Luxxe and Bliss, so probably why you got to use their pools. Not too sure if you're owners or not, but you're very fortunate for Ocean Views Rooms. Good video thou and you're all bang on. If you're booking on points etc, that's probably why you get the view. The timeshare presentation are 90mins long, you don't have to stay 1min past that, and you still receive the benefit and the discounts, it pisses them off, that's the best part.

    Very I formative! We will be there on Tuesday bid on it at a college sports auction. Paid way more then 2200 for the week at the Grand Luxxe but the $$ went to a good cause. It is part of the ambassador program does that mean I will have to pay an additional $900 when we get there?

      I usually narrow down my search online and then compare the prices that I find online to what my good friend can find since she is a travel agent and can sometimes get discounts, fun upgrades and/or in-room perks. If you're not traveling with kids I recommend Celebrity or Royal Caribbean (I actually recommend RC for everyone because it's great). Hello what would you say the pros and cons of the Acapulco location vs the nueva vallarta location are?

    • @montserojano2908
      @montserojano2908 Před 3 lety +2

      Nuevo Vallarta is way bigger, so Acapulco is more accessible for people who can’t walk as much. The water slides are better in Nuevo Vallarta, I guess they’ve invested more in that and it was remodeled more recently. They are also building a kind of amusement park in Vallarta, so that will totally be a pro. But both of them are amazing and totally worth it.

    • @deanguy66
      @deanguy66 Před 3 lety

    Hi I make 18 dollars for hour am from Mexico 🇲🇽 do you think I can afford to stay there ?😏

    • @benitofernandez4042
      @benitofernandez4042 Před 2 lety

      I am from Mexico, so if you have never visited Pueto Vallarta I would look for a place to stay that is closer (walking distance) to El Malecon. You will enjoy all the great food Mexico has to offer way better if you stay near El Malecon and will save a lot of money on taxi rides (unless you have your own car). If you've been to Vallarta a number of times and just want to relax in a really nice, safe and secure place, Vidanta is the place. My family has enjoyed Vidanta for the last 18 years. We've been there so much that when we enter the resort and into our room, we feel like we are home once again.
      Now as far as the price, Vidanta can be a little pricey once you adds the cost of the unit and the food. Depending on the size of you family, the units can be shared with another family. Many times it is my wife, my two kids and I.... and my wife's sister and her 4 kids. Adults sleep in the bedroom and kids sleep in the living area. There is plenty of room for all.
      Now to answer your question... YES you can afford to stay there. You might need to set a vacation savings jar and put all your loose change there but it will be worth it. We would save all year so that we could enjoy our one week a year vacation. And even though we could stay at many other more economical locations we always came back to Vidanta.
