Thank you! I was looking at this hotel, and I’m so glad to find reviews from real customers. Luckily I don’t like sushi lol. (The one bummer is that I want a room with a view of Big Ben or the London eye, but those rooms have queen sized beds instead of king. I wonder why they didn’t put the best beds in the best rooms? It’s the one thing keeping me from booking at the moment.)

Useful recommendations, thanks. Although I do find it rather hilarious that you went to Amsterdam and tried to take Ubers everywhere. You literally went to the most famously walkable, bikeable city in the world, with amazing public transit and you tried to use cars. That's SO American. haha.

Quick question, how much did you pay for the night at Tremont house in Galveston? Just got a price of $369 per night along with the uber fees and taxes. It must suck to live near one of the busiest airports in the world (Denver) and nowhere to fly.

Thank you so much for this! From Pittsburgh and usually fly to Miami or Fort Lauderdale to catch a cruise ship. Galveston has great deals for cruises, but presents a challenge and extra costs getting from Houston to the ship.

Eight and a half hours drive from Pensacola FL I'm not driving to Galveston! Especially when NCL has BOGO flights and my brother is from New Jersey! His flight is the free one! Just can't believe there is no flysnoozecruise there like GoPort Canaveral in Orlando. Going on the NCL PRIMA JANUARY 2024.

You should do your homework before taking your children to parks such as this. Children are far more susceptible to radiation than adults. They are closer to the ground, more apt to touch their mouth. Plutonium and plenty of other radionucleides are present in that area due to the weapons complex there. Please do not take your children back there. It is *not safe!*

There are trundle beds in the Grand Luxxe units. We are currently staying at one. We visited both Walmart and La Comer. One difference at all Vidanta resorts is depending on the Unit you are staying at can limit access to restaurants, pools and beach facilities.

Hi, did you get a Uber back to the airport once the cruise was done? Also how did that go. Did you have to wait for a Uber ride from Galveston port to Airport. Last question we’re did the Uber pick you up once you got off the ship to go back to the airport?

I just bought my Model Y a month ago and the first rain this season here in Oregon and the exact same thing happened under the dash under the passenger dash. Super disappointing to spend this kind of money on a car and have this happen.
