    Thanks for sharing. What about the conundrum where he/she is thin with low Trig and high HDL but also very high LDL, called by some in the west as LMHR? How do you suggest we deal with that? We all know the common types of statins to be not very effective in lowering LDL and as suggested by doctors, CVD risk statistically but at the same time have all kinds of bad side effects.
