I had a chance to play this a while ago and it is awesome! You can get some pretty "normal" fuzz sounds out of it at the right settings, but it really shines with all the chaos going on.
If you can't imagine someone like Josh Homme using this for something cool then your imagination is failing you. Or any other desert/stoner rock band, like Fu-Manchu. IMO it isn't for a whole song or anything, just a cool bridge or something. Something to make a sound that stands out in the crowd.
I wish Sweetwater would list the weight of ALL guitars, basses and amps. That's a big part of my shopping decisions. I contacted a sales guy there once for a particular bass weight, and he said "they're all different weights". OKaaaay, but if I'm looking at a for ex: Squire 70s Classic Vibe Jazz bass, I'm sure there is an average weight they could list Very unfortunate.

We do list all precise weights! Visit guitar gallery and shop by serial number, wood grain, weight, etc!
