I did this on my own a few days ago when there were no trainers around but I also incorporated side steps/movement to follow what my coach told me months ago:
"Don't always walk straight towards me otherwise I'll start baiting you into walking into my own punches".
I also found this video really funny cause I really saw my couch whenever you made the example of the long range fighter and I instantly remembered the innumerous amount of times I got hit in the head😅
