I took 20,000+ Steps Every Day for a Month - Here's What Happened!
I tracked my progress using my Daily Log in Notion.
I ended up losing 22 lbs throughout my journey. The weight loss came from the increased fitness, changes in food consumption, cutting out alcohol, and not consuming any sugar that did not occur naturally in the food I was consuming.

It was a calorie deficit compared to my previous eating habits but not an overall deficit. I tried to eat food my body would more easily burn and less likely convert to fat storage.

Walking prevents muscle loss. Check out Jeremy Ethier and Will Tennyson. They both have videos explaining this.

I've been walking for more than 2 years, and didn't lose muscle. i would argue that it helps to build muscle. i dont get tired at all, doing high reps sets.

Over achiever ? Lol... Mate do u know that small thing... Called JOB. I work in 8 hours a day in logistics. My average steps in those 8 hours is 15 000 - 25 000 steps depends on the day...combine that with extra 10 tons of cargo lifted by hand. It's a daily routine for around 4 years now. One problem I encountered... I can't put any body mass. Idk how much calories I need to eat to gain anything...
