Obviously she is a Dr. and correct about acne, I've my acne for last 6 yrs n i haven't treated them properly. Now they become a severe issue and becoming worst day by day. In early 2023 i had start a proper treatment and consult with dermatologist, Alhamdolillah my skin becomes better day by day, acne is not treated completely but it has become better

Sorry dr Shaista I disagree on aging. It shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that lighter skin tones typically ages faster than darker ones. “More photoaging occurs in pale skin, as there is less protection from UV damage,”it is more common in West due to lighter skin and darker skin aging occur late.
She is right i live abroad and have seen this that our women especially todays generation aging between 25 -35 are aging faster than our mothers
@M you're totally clueless... Your argument is irrelevant as You're comparing Afro complexion with Caucasian... And you're trying to debate here that lack of melanin production ages you much faster which is not true or scientifically proven , you just don't see signs of aging on a darker skin tone... Also debate here is not that... We are talking about Pakistani women -- and you can't compare their skin tones with African American women . Shahista is talking about Pakistani women who actually don't take care of their diet, lifestyle and thus age a lot faster as compared to any Caucasian woman in the west

Dr shaista recommended that laser hair removal is safe even during pregnancy. But i dont see any data to support it.
In West generally we don't perform any procedure during pregnancy as our skin is more sensitive due to harmonal changes.
