Elden Ring NO DAMAGE RUN at LEVEL 1

- I decided to to the first Elden Ring Level 1 No Damage Run where i didnt use any stealth items or fall damage magic. The rules are to beat the game with the wretch character class and invest no stats via leveling up all while not taking damage from anything. The scripted death to scion in the beginning IS however required to start the game and upon future glitches that skip this on current patch ill be running the challenge again! the funny thing is that when elden ring came out squilla explained that for him there could never be a damageless run because of exactly that fall
Even if you no hit the boss, you still have to jump (or fall) off the cliff anyways. Its the only way to progress. So its faster to skip the fight and fall off. Doesnt count as counter intuitive as it may seem

Sick run
Now do a full stealth run as Batman without being seen (outside of necessary combat of course) and with only spiked caestus and throwables.
There would be some obvious exceptions to the rule, but i think its pretty possible.

What’s the reason for not killing the Grafted Scion at the beginning? I mean if you’re gonna beat the game with no damage, why get a free pass on the GS?
not the uploader but the reason he skips GS is because its not required, not worth the effort, and its an any% run anyway. i personally beat it on my runs just so i have enough runes at the start to buy the kit from kale.

Sekiro really let me down when it first came out. I was coming off of bloodborne which instantly became one of my favorite games ever and sekiro was just not what i was looking for. I gave the game away and i haven't played it since, but maybe your sekiro run can inspire me to give it another go. You can say elden ring has more content than DS3 but if you count repeated bosses as 1 like astel and godskins it's about even Lol

Like squilla said, Sekiro is a rhythm game and when you attune you mind to that you will have a lot of fun. Was the same for me, didn't like Sekiro till I played it with that mindset and not the whole rpg element we've come to love about the other From titles. And the rhythm is when you're hitting and parrying, with the occasional side step. Hitting all the parries to fill up the poise bar is the most satisfying thing about sekiro, and its not like the other games, parrying in sekiro is a central part and build into the core gameplay.
@@mobb3307 Yeah i knew going in that parry was gonna be the central mechanic but i really didn't vibe with the combat at all. Just mashing on parries until their posture breaks to hit them with one attack for the instant kill, just didn't vibe with me. But i also gave up way too fast, axe and shuriken were the only prosthetics i'd unlocked at that point so i might get more fun out of those, even though i've heard firecracker just kinda cheeses everything. I dunno, some of my favorite games didn't click with me the first time i played them so sekiro could find itself in that same category, i just don't wanna be disappointed twice
