Here is one of the most uncommon Japanese promos, a Tugs Bath Toy promo! This was uploaded by a user a while ago, but has been taken down, so I decided to upload it. What your see are two bath toys, the miniature one one the "exciting scale" one. Exciting Scale was the range that (Ten Cents, Sunshine, Top Hat, Zorran, Dock and Crane) were produced in.
SOURCE OF THIS PROMO = UNKNOWN.
Most likely a TV Broadcast, but it doesn't have a timer at the top..

I feel like Takara's yen could have funded a 2nd season, even just to sell toys. Creating a whole toy line for a 13 episode series can't be cheap.
