- Liz hit a patch and got 6 quick nuggets using the Whites TDI PRO OZ. Wal worked the deeper perimeter with a GPX 5000 and was rewarded with 6 slightly larger nuggets at good depth with an 18 inch Mono coil.

Hi Wal & Liz - very funky music - like it! Love the excitement Liz - even with those baby sized nuggets. It was great to see both detectors..and the different sized coils finding those small ones…proves a point - that they can! Well done - great video…and nice collection of gold. Cheers GL & HP Ian.
Glad you found it enjoyable Ian, and running both detectors certainly gives the area a good covering. Some days only the little ones come out to play... but the anticipation of plus ounce pieces is what keeps the adrenalin pumping. All the very best mate...Cheers Wal.
I will buy one TDI for this video. Thank you! Wal and Liz
+Antônio Barreto ...Thanks for watching Antonio. The TDI is very good value for money and a great way to get into a PI detector for Gold detecting. Cheers Wal.
Always a Joy to watch the Joy - which in its self is Joy. Thanks for sharin the adventure..
Cheers
Thanks for the very kind comment Solar. Have a great day....Wal.
some day I will make it down under, for gold and rocks, Love your stuff keep it up
I always pan the dirt that comes from where i have found nuggets...and get more :D
It's now 2019. I found you could run the GPX 5000 coil on the whites GTI pro OZ for the same result. The Z is better on some but falls victim to hot ground deep. The Whites doesn't fall for any deep hot ground or hot rocks. the Z is overall deeper. the Whites will barely see two feet but it won't even hear a lot of junk at all, just gold. Have you ever seen any other detector not even register to a bottle cap on the surface but scream on gold? The TDI was severely underrated. I'm still using mine, it takes all the GPX, evolution, sadie etc coils.
Awesome find's your on a good patch.
Don't move im coming down bringing the GPX 5000 with me!!
Thanks for watching ren. Always welcome another 5000 user. Take care ...Wal.
11 grams in a morning is not a bad morning. I've had a few better mornings and MANY WORSE ones, that's how it is. Thanks again Wal and Liz.
Any gold is good gold these days Walter and the mornings of the big nuggets are few and far between, that's for sure. All the very best ...Wal.
wow very nice finds well done i must put panning over in Australia on my bucket list great job folks.
Hope you enjoyed the vid jaffyger. Dry panning in this region is quite rewarding, so hope you get a chance at it one day. All the best...Wal.
Great job you guys, I have been finding some good gold myself lately. Not anything like what you are finding but it’s gold 😁🤙. Thanks for sharing.
Great job. Video Added to my favourites. Thank you!
Glad you found it enjoyable geggs, and hope all's great over your way....Cheers Wal.
You didn't need the 5000 just an 18"coil on a minelab detector end. The Whites TDI can search in all mode or big and small like the 5000.
That's got to be exciting, detecting for you and finding gold, even if they are small bits. After all, gold is gold. Congrats.
Happy Hunting.
Thanks for watching Thomas. You're right there mate and gold, even when small can put a smile on ones face. Hope all's great with you. Cheers Wal.
You guys are on a roll over there Congrats.
Thanks for watching Moto. Some areas are kind to us but unfortunately, you don't get to see the ones we struggle with. All the very best, Wal
Awesome finds you guys keep it up :)
Thanks for tour comment Blue, and all the very best over your way...Cheers Wal.
Sounds like a lot of fun! Probably need to try nugget shooting, but my No. 2 shovel doesn't beep when it's near gold!
Thanks for the comment Dennis. Hope that shovel is getting plenty of gold for you as well. Cheers Wal.
Good👍
How does the TDI pro stand up against the MUCH more expensive mine lab gpx. I am looking to purchase a pulse machine for gold and beach detecting
So which of the two between gpx 5000 and the whites tdi is best for Gold detecting? I'm looking to buy one of these but I'm stuck between these two. Please help 😕
Ryan Mathias ...the gpx5000 is by far the better machine but the cost is significantly higher than the TDI. The gpx4500 is as good as a 5000 in most instances and if I were to recommend a top of the range machine at a good price it would be the gpx4500. Cheers Wal.
man just with one of those big nuggets id be able to set up a claim man you're lucky to live in Australia.
Thanks for watching and commenting francisco. Hope one day you are able to get one of those claims going for yourself, and hope the nuggets are kind to you. All the best...Wal.
ha thanks Wal
Hi Wal nLiz
Sorry for nagging you guys on, Just a couple of questions
Is there a defined fossicking area at the weld river?
Also Will we have to buy a permit if so where?
Sorry for all the questions just want to be sure of what im doing
Love the content
keep the videos coming :)
Won't need a permit AD and any where you can get public access to the Weld is fine for fossicking. Best of luck out there mate....Cheers Wal.
you make gold metal detecting look easy. is that recreational land or do you work claims that that gold mining club. is that old river bed your working.\
Thanks for watching RR and leaving a comment. This vid was shot in Western Australia and most of this region is open to public prospecting. The only areas we are not permitted on are working mining claims. We do all our prospecting on land open to the public. All the very best of luck over your way. Cheers, Wal
That's a pretty good mornings work !!...joe in ny
Thanks for watching Joe and all the best over there in NY....Cheers Wal.
GREAT VIDEO! MUITO BOM PRETENDO COMPRAR UM TDI, SE DEUS QUISER!!

JOAO GARIMPEIRO FROM BRAZIL
Great video. Where about in Oz were you hunting? Were you in Victoria or out west?
Thanks for watching David. This was in WA. Take care...Wal.
Hey, do you actually sell your gold and gemstones directly or do you process them first? please reply! :) thanks.
We process the gemstones for our jewelery making sidelines and use the smaller gold for jewelery as well. The Larger gold stays in in a bank vault for future use.
nice finds
Thanks for watching finpainter. Cheers Wal.
The fascinating and charming woman and a pleasure to watch your videos here in Israel there is no gold
Sorry to hear there is no gold over your way but glad that you enjoy watching the vids.
How about the drums king Solomon received, they are all gone?😅😅😅, just joking.
Are you still using the TDI Pro Oz???
Liz is still using the Pro Oz Bear and doing very well with it. Hope you are getting onto some gold yourself. Cheers Wal.
