This looks really good. I'm going to give it a try this weekend. I have that same food processor and have only used it a couple of times. The lid is stuck on and I can't get it off. Has that ever happened to yours? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks for sharing!

When I first got it I had a hard time getting the darn thing to work and figure out how the lid came on and off. I realized I was pushing it in the wrong spot (to get the lid off), try a little wiggling around, making sure to only be pushing on the lid lip portion -- mine comes off by moving it to the left.

What happens to you when you have gluten? Curious because having had Hashimoto's for more than 30 years I just recently gave up gluten and it was a game changer for me! It took me out of my worst Hashimoto's flare! I will not eat any gluten to tempt fate lol

I get foggy brain, sometimes it feels like I'm coming down with a cold but it never turns into a cold, and if I have gluten regularly my iron levels drop.
