In this video I share a lot of different moments from the month of February. I struggled with finding inspiration for taking up my camera so in this video I just put together the footage that I did film. And I was a bit chocked that it actually became a really long video. At this point he's a bit of a mystery man, so I agree.
He's really not comfortable and the proof of that is he never by his own comes in front of the camera to talk or interact. He's just being polite and he's not keen on being in front of the camera like that other guy Adrian is. You can see how Adrian engages with the camera and feels at ease whereas Johan just isn't that open(which is absolutely fine). An interview would just be a forced thing
Jonna, I just want to let you know how much I have enjoyed watching your videos over the last few years. My days are numbered (terminal lung cancer), so I don’t know if this video will be the last I see or not. But I love you and Johan and Nanook. Thank you for showing me the beauty of Sweden, my father’s family’s ancestral land.

I'm so pleased for you that you're able to experience a beautiful and joyous life outside your walls through Joanna. I'm unable to get out and know how much it means to be able to experience life as we would if we were healthy and given the opportunity. Her beautiful soul shines a light for so many in their darkness. We need to remember that our inability to do things does not define us. OUR SOULS. OUR HEARTS. THE LOVE THAT RESIDES WITHIN US. THAT IS WHO WE ARE. It has helped me to feel less alone by reaching to Gods love. To spirit. I’m an artist myself, and I understand what it feels like to lose inspiration. But Jonna, by showing us your daily life, every beautifully crafted video, they all tell a story. It may seem separate from your art and painting, but art can come in many forms. I’m constantly inspired by your life and you make me want to better myself. ❤❤

I come in the club. I am an Artist also. I hat a "diver" aswell in this month of February and its not over yet. You can not do anything but accept such times. I think, we artists are "spoilt" in a way. because we feel inspired so often. And so we think, it h a s to be like that. But it has not.

I mean stress is the number one blocker of creativity, and opening a shop is very stressful. So it is understandable to she have no creative energy right now

I've been noticing lately how many people are releasing work into the world that looks and feels like it's mimicking yours. Every time I see it I feel so sad, because the magic of your work is that it's genuine, authentic, and true to who you are. I'm sure you see it too. Just wanted to acknowledge that and say your videos, artwork, jewelry, etc are one of a kind and completely irreplaceable ✨

I think that was her entire goal was to inspire others to see beauty in nature and share it with the world
agree that Jonna's work is unique, because it is an expression of who she is , and that cannot be copied by someone else. Jonna brings her magic to it
Jonna's life, personality and videos are one of a kind but I looooove and would love to see my feed filled with recommendations of other people creating videos about living in nature, creating videos of their pets, everyday life mixed with loving nature! And I think even Jonna shared some of their channels via Instagram so I'm sure she doesn't mind!
Jonna is very connected to her surroundings (Nature/Spirit) and everything she does has an intention behind it. She walks on the path of her ancestors and beside of all that she is an incredible artist.
Those who mimick sometimes don’t have this connection Jonna has. It’s not only about walking through the forest in a nice dress placing a camera. If there is no real intention behind it the viewer can sense it.
Nevertheless it’s good ppl are inspired by her and are trying to find beauty in nature and themselves.

I'm so pleased Nanook is back to enjoying adventures with you. It's so wonderful to see him running in the snow again, just like he should be. It's warmed my heart seeing him back to his usual self. He's so adorable with his face covered in snow.
As for your video, it's not lacking in anything. I know I for one appreciate anything you share. Don't be so hard on yourself. Sometimes you just need a break from certain things or a rest. You've had such a busy year and with all the emotions you had when Nanook was poorly, it's little wonder you weren't feeling inspired. I'm so pleased you've had a bit more time for your painting.

I live near a big city and I've never even seen the Milky Way. Seeing your pictures of the night sky in your videos fills me with a deep loss on what so many of us humans are missing. I would love an interview with Johan! I love watching the parts where Jonna shows the beauty of our world. There’s so much dirt, evil and sadness going around, but when we behold the wonders of nature we are drawn to the Creator who is good, kind and faithful. Just look at that night sky… WOW! I just adore about Jonna that she absolutely carries a spirituality about her
I'm not sure what her religion is or if she is more focused on spirituality of nature but
If she is Christian or anything
One thing I appreciate is that her content never outright says what spirituality she is
She just is
And her spirituality does the talking for her
And I think it's absolutely beautiful
Many of us are off put from spirituality due to trauma and abuse
But I think Jonnas spirituality to nature specifically is just pure bliss

I just now had time to watch the video. I've said it often and I will probably say this many, many times more to come, but - you have no idea, how much light you are giving this world and all of us watching. I come from a very dark place this winter. Somehow this winter affected me more than usual and it was a really hard time. And all the stuff, an sorrow that is going on in this world constantly adds up to it. There are days when I am so exhausted from the ugly face of humanity, that I almost want to move as far away from anyone, just because I feel, that I start to loose faith in us and hate our entire species.
And then, sometimes things happen, I meet somone genuinaly nice, see a beautiful piece of art or architecture, am moved by a song or touched by a story or a gesture from the heart. And all is better.
YOU are such a moment of joy, a spark of sunlight. Somehow you are a constant reminder to me, that we ARE indeed capable of untold beauty and creation. Your joy over life makes me happy.
You represent to me, what humans can be if we live in peace with ourselves, with others, with nature and strive to be the version of ourselves that is whole and healing from within and is able to shine that light on everything around us. what a video from our Galaxy Milky Way, so many starts maybe by now they have gone and new starts are born...lovely back ground music as well, and gorgeous Nanook trying to steal attention from you ...all beautiful and one of a kind in the world of film industry. If you feel tired, just give yourself a break and later when you feel motivated come back and present your new adventures.

I had a dog. Her name was Tarli. She was a very beautiful dog. I found your channel on the year 2021 also my dog was born that year and I have been watching you since then. Whenever I saw you and Nanook I always saw me and Tarli in you both. She passed away last year in November. I couldn't watch your videos for a long time since she passed away. Today I am finally seeing your video and I am so happy to see you and Nanook doing healthy. My all good wishes and prayers are there for Nanook in his difficult times and glad to see Nanook happy and playing around as always and in a better shape as well.🤍

February this year was hard... we marked the 1-year anniversary of my father's death just 8 days after unexpectedly losing my uncle (who is now buried only 5-6 feet from Dad). Things really changed when I had hip replacement surgery in the beginning of March, but all through February it was just concern, soreness, worsening physical pain, and mourning. I'm glad we all survived the month, it was one of the lowest points in life for a very long time. Thank you for continuing to find so much beauty in the world even in difficult times.

I get depressed early in the year now for years since my 40's and for me I take one SAM-e and one 5 HTP and a cup of coffee and go to bed and most of the time, it is gone when I wake up. Strange, I know. I am mid 70's. I lost my dear dog in 1992, a dear Bouvier des Flandres. He was such a wonderful dog like yours, always there for me.
This video really did not seem scattered at all. It still had a narrative structure, just a different type. It's a chronological narrative, which also is nice, as it shows a more grounded, "day in the life of" life of yours. Also, don't feel that you have to make long videos, if sometimes you are not inspired, but then all of a sudden inspiration does hit, just make a short video. Thank you for doing these videos, you are amazing.
You are SO not alone. I feel the same depressive, dark thoughts come late winter. Then I have to remind myself: "Oh yeahhhh...it's February." Literally my worst month of the year, and somehow I always forget that. I think it's because I am usually so upbeat and positive, and so I imagine there must be something seriously wrong with me. But nope...It's simply just February.
When you spoke of the snowflakes that were in no hurry to fall, it seemed to me that you were speaking to us from another world... A world of beauty and a world of love.

I am a Swede and I was born not far from where you live ( Ostersund) and January and February are tough months.. I remember my parent's energy dropped during these months.. It is tough to have the short days. I know they had to push themselves as well...I moved to the UK in 1972, and now reside in London , UK
Winter is a time to slow down with the season and rest a little and refresh your body and spirit to prepare for the busy spring months. There is nothing wrong with going slow!!
It's totally okay that Johan doesn't want to do an interview, I understand him ❤but maybe video like "A day/week with Johan" is a better format for him? The video where you just follow his life, film what he does and maybe sometimes ask him questions 😊 I'd love to watch that.

Hi Jonna, I couldn't help but find the similarities between your ART studio house and the 1st house that you moved into in Sweden. The one you had before Johan. Both small houses. Maybe that's why its so cozy? And gives you inspiration? Thank you for the update, even if it's not "connected." It's nice to see even pieces. Not everything has to be a perfect masterpiece. You are busy, its ok.

This past month has sadly experienced a few jumping in front of train moments that have not only put an end to these desperate individuals' lives but have also created havoc in our lines of public transport that all of us here in the NL so heavily rely on for work, school and leisure.
Such personally tragic actions have also caused me to pause and think about life throughout these grey, cold and winter wet days as I continue in my own struggles to find meaning in it all. But what an elder friend had told me a few weeks ago had greatly helped me through my own quiet depressions. She said that she no longer asks why she is here because she is here, she told me, simply because it's not yet her time to go. And in that acceptance she rests and celebrates all the precious days to be experienced today and those others yet to come. So be it 😚🥰
