Welcome! I am really excited for your channel! I only occasionally read fantasy and romance but your nonfiction reads sound like exactly what I want! I love books about history and social issues. @@TheKatBite Not about feminism per se, but I can recommend 'Eighty Days: Nellie Bly and Elizabeth Bisland's History making race around the world' by Matthew Goodman. These two brave women went solo (in opposite directions) around the world back in the late 1800s.

Welcome to booktube! I’m new too and it’s great 😊 I don’t think you come across awkward at all. I get what you mean about personality being a big thing on CZcams, but it doesn’t mean you have to be loud or overly dramatic. I can’t stand people who think they are allowed to scream at me 😅 I like your voice and you laugh or smile at funny things, that’s all I need. And the rest will loosen eventually, to whatever degree feels comfortable for you. I think that’s really the main part, when you are comfortable it’s comfortable to watch. But I was very comfortable watching you already, so you’re absolutely fine. Just be you, that’s the gap you fill.
I really enjoy literary fiction, and I am trying to read from more parts of the world and authors from different backgrounds as well, so I’m interested to hear about the nonfiction you read as maybe a complement to that. And feminism.
Not into romantasy (yet) but I recently got back into reading after I uni+work years, so I’m trying things out to see what I like.
