How To Setup The Schoeps MiniCMIT on a RAD-2 Shock Mount

This video explains the recommended ways to setup a Schoeps MiniCMIT on a RAD-2 Shock Mount for indoor and outdoor use.
Whilst the setups shown in this video are how we would suggest trying out at first, there are actually no "right or wrong" ways to setup the RAD-2 mounts with the MiniCMIT. The RAD-2 comes with 3 pairs of hoops -- soft, standard and extra firm. You may find a way of placing the different firmness hoops in different positions that works better for your particular recording situation.
For wind protection for the MiniCMIT, we make the Radius 12cm Shotgun Mic Foam and 12cm Nimbus Slide-On Windshield.
