I can get on board with this new noctis power. Are his s1 and s2 always in their plus version this time around? I hate when they revert back to their normal state.
At 1:36, you can see shooting star have a + next to it and Warp strike doesn't so unfortunately, it looks like the + are still a thing. I hope the + just makes his turn warp. He needs that follow up Warp strike to deal real damage. :/
@@ItsYaBoyFernie at least he's turned into a proper dps now, dealing +- 6 HP dumps instead of just 3 HP dumps or even 2 in one of his skill pre-rework in FR era.
