    Cheesy Resha Beef Kabab
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Boneless beef cubes 500g
    -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
    -Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 2 tbs
    -Laung (Cloves) 4-5
    -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
    -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 4-5
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
    -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
    -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
    -Water 4 Cups or as required
    -Water 1 Cup
    -Bread slices 2-3 large
    -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 700g (3 large)
    -Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 5-6
    -Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
    -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
    -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
    -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Garam masala powder 1 tsp
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
    -Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 100g
    -Olper’s Cheddar cheese 100g
    -Anday (Eggs) 2 whisked
    -Cooking oil for frying
    Directions:
    -In a saucepan,add beef,onion,ginger garlic,cloves,black peppercorns,button red chillies,cumin seeds, coriander seeds,pink salt,water,mix well & bring it to boil.
    -Remove the scum,cover & cook on low flame until meat is tender & water dries up (45-50 minutes).
    -Remove from flame & mash well with the help of masher & set aside.
    -Soak bread slices in water & squeeze out excess water.
    -In a bowl,add squeezed bread,potatoes,green chillies,onion,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,pink salt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder & mash well with the help of masher.
    -Add resha beef mixture,fresh coriander & mix until well combined.
    -Cut mozzarella cheese in cubes & grate cheddar cheese separately & set aside.
    -With the help of greased hands,take a small quantity of kabab mixture (65g) & spread on your palm.
    -Add cheddar cheese grated,mozzarella cheese cube & seal properly to make kabab of equal sizes.
    -In frying pah,heat cooking oil & dip kababs in whisked eggs & shallow fry from both sides until golden brown (makes 18-20).

    Directions:
    -Saucepan mein beef,pyaz,adrak lehsan,laung,sabut kali mirch,sabut lal mirch,zeera,sabut dhania,pink salt aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
    -Scum ko remove ker lein ar dhak ker halki ancch per gosht gul janay aur pani sukh anay tak paka lein (45-50 minutes).
    -Chulhay sa hata lein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Bread slices ko pani mein soak ker lein aur squeeze ker ka excess water nikal lein.
    -Bowl mein squeezed bread,aloo,hari mirchein,pyaz,zeera,haldi powder,pink salt,lal mirh powder aur garam masala powder dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
    -Reshe beef mixture aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Mozzarella cheese ko cubes mein cut ker lein & cheddar cheese ko grate ker ka side per rakh dein.
    -Greased haathon ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity lein (65g) aur hateeli per pheela lein.
    -Cheddar cheese grated aur mozzarella cheese cube dal ker properly seal ker lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka kabab bana lein.
    -Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur kababs ko whisked anday mein dip ker ka dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein (makes 18-20).
