    Ingredients:
    Prepare Chatkhara Boti:
    -Water 1 litre or as required
    -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
    -Boneless beef cubes 500g
    -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
    -Tandoori masala ½ tbs
    -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
    -Chaat masala ½ tbs
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
    -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
    -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
    -Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
    -Cooking oil for frying
    Prepare Cheese Sauce:
    -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
    -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
    -Olper’s Milk 1 Cup or as required
    -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
    -Olper’s Cheddar cheese 80g
    -Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 50g
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
    Directions:
    Prepare Chatkhara Boti:
    -In a wok,add water,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder & mix well.
    -Add beef,onion,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (40-45 minutes) then cook on high flame until it dries up.
    -Take out in a bowl & let it cool.
    -Add tandoori masala,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,chaat masala,red chilli crushed,salt,all-purpose flour,fresh coriander,green chilli & mix to coat evenly.
    -Add lemon & mix well.
    -In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown & set aside.
    Prepare Cheese Sauce:
    -In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
    -Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
    -Add all-purpose flour,mix well & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
    -Add green chilli & mix well.
    -Add milk & mix well.
    -Add salt,red chilli crushed,fresh coriander,mix well & cook until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
    -Add cheddar cheese,mix well & cook until cheese melts.
    -Add mozzarella cheese,chatkhara boti & fold gently.
    -Sprinkle fresh coriander,red chilli crushed & serve!

    -Karahi mein pani,adrak lehsan paste,namak aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Beef aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (40-45 minutes) phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
    -Bowl mein nikal lein aur thanda ker lein.
    -Tandoori masala,sabut dhania,zeera,chaat masala,lal mirch crushed,namak,maida,hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker ka coat ker lein.
    -Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak shallow fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    Prepare Cheese Sauce:
    -Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté karein.
    -Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein.
    -Hari mirch dal ker mix karein.
    -Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Namak,lal mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
    -Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein.
    -Mozzarella cheese aur chatkhara boti dal ker gently fold ker lein.
    -Hara dhania aur lal mirch crushed dal ker serve karein!
