- Movie Tie-in Video Games were everywhere back in the early to mid 2000s, back when gaming in general was starting to get big. And they built up a reputation for being utter garbage. But were they really all that bad?
Yes. No, yeah they were pretty bad.
There's a reason you don't see them anymore, but we can still take a nostalgia trip and look at the dumb crap we used to beg our parents to buy for us.

Dude when i opened the video and i saw your subscribers i was very skeptical at first but all i can say its a phenomenal video with everything i loved woth old youtube videos like them joking around in real life while showing gameplay and like the sound of the bionicle games thing made me laugh, keep on doing what youre doing man!

The classic movie tie-in games are of course the Harry Potter movie games, which people still play today. I was so obsessed with games 1-4. But there was also the Teen Titans gameboy game and the Bolt Wii game that took up way more of my life than they had any right to.

I had thousands of these fuckers. Monsters Inc, Iron man 1 and Shrek 2 all stand out as games I think I loved but I'm pretty sure were trash
