My take on the Halo tv series is the Halo game is when he’s actually reached the Halo, the tv series is the background into how he becomes the character you play in the game.
I drove an hour to go see Dune part 2 in imax and it was worth it.

New here. Don’t know the ropes yet. Do you guys put timestamps into your videos generally speaking, or do I need to rely on someone in the comments to post them? I saw someone below did exactly that, but idk if that’s a given or not something I can count on. It makes a big difference when watching 4hr+ stuff like these podcasts, interesting as they are.
I love Starfield, I’m not a big Bethesda gamer so I don’t know if this is typically what they put out but man i was thoroughly impressed with it. I only tried it from game pass, after a few hours I bought the premium content

Why is noone talking about Granblue Fantasy Relink ? It's a strong contender for Game of the Year. It's certainly my GOTY. The battles are incredible. Better than Final Fantasy, better than Tales of Arise. Yeah, it's only on PC (or Playstation) at the moment for the xbox guys, but if you have a PC, buy it.
Your saying the Xbox console is bigger than the Xbox 360? That’s just plain wrong. Xbox is bigger with pc and mobile but the console itself is significantly smaller than the Xbox 360. Simple google search can tell you that.
Are you comparing MAU or console sales? I haven't checked the numbers myself. But if they are higher now it could be because the 360 era had so many users offline and not able to be counted and not that they actually had less xbox console MAU during the 360.
The series consoles are selling ahead of the 360 at the same time in its life cycle.

Millions more people, namely casuals, are still playing on the Xbox Ones.
Also you gotta remember that a good chuck of the 360 sales did not account for total monthly active users because of the fact that there were a lot of ppl that had to get a new 360 due to the red ring of death.

Honestly Square screw themselves by having FF, and most of their games exclusive to only one platform.
There's some evidence of how Sony kinda screw publishers.
Capcom and Sega were releasing time exclusives and exclusive for sony before square limited themselves.
But after Stree Fighter 5, capcom just went full multiplat and they have successfully bounced back.
Sega was making yakuza and persona exclusively, and now both franchises are breaking records. Persona's popularity has skyrocket while FF has shrinked.
Even if FF7 games come to Xbox and switch, the damage has been done. We are in an era where Japanese games are highly praised and we dont uave enough time to play everything thats coming out. releasing a port years down the line when the hype is gone and people have moved on, will not lead to the sales square is looking for. Even if FF16 comes out later this year why play that, when Metaphor from Atlus/Persona team is slated during that time.
It has to be day one to maximize sales.
XBOX guys dont buy games anyway... Don't make out that if FF7rebirth dropped day one on XBOX. the sames would be 300k sales. It wouldn't we already know GP cannibalises sales.
@@benjamincurtis1412 Your statement about xbox players not buying games its not really correct. There's plenty of people that buy games, and dont want to rent games.
The same people that say "Ill wait for it on gamepass" are the same people that weren't going to buy the games day one. People view GP as a rental/trial for games, but over all people that just like to play games still buy their games. Its all the same as waiting for games to go on sale or buying pre owned, were publishers dont get any money from pre owned copies.
However history has shown that titles that release day one on multiple platforms due better, rather than releasing years or months after the public has moved on to new releases.
For people the factors of playing games isn't just money, but time as well.

It has nothing to do with FF just being on xbox over Ps5, its about being multiplat. Thats why we been seeing Persona and yakuza doing great number, because they release on Switch, PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

I've tried watching it a few times and i always fall asleep within the first 20 minutes. i can't for the life of me figure out what everyone see's in it and i'm a massive sci fi fan. it must be the all star cast
I dont think anyone who hasnt read the book could possibly enjoy the first movie. It's literally half a movie, the only reason I appreciate it is because I know what it's setting up so I'm enjoying the performances and creative decisions.
It's not like back to the future one It's like the first act of godfather 2 extended into 2.5 hours. People would dislike that as well without context

The Best selling game of last year was Hogwarts Legacy with 24 million copies. The Xbox series Consoles accounted for 4% of Sales which was only 960,000 not even 1 million copies, even being out done by the PS 4 and Switch. FYI those ports came out half year later and they both accounted for higher sales😂😂😂😂😂😂

"Record console engagement" bro u should care because it proves consoles are still relevant, and that to the overwhelming majority of people playing on Xbox, the Xbox console is not becoming less valuable to them. You refuse to believe that you live inside a bubble that represents a very small percentage of the population, as Peter Moore alluded to in his recent interview.
Also wtf are you talking about, there sure as hell are plenty of dedicated console CZcamsrs focusing on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo, and a lot of Let's Players play some of their games on consoles. They absolutely do not all play on PC.
Oh, and by the way, if consoles die, the chances of it being because cloud gaming has become a dominant force in the industry would be pretty high. In that case, if cloud gaming replaces consoles, then those cloud games will never be replaced on PC either. You'll still be able to play them on anything with a screen, including a PC, but just not natively.

I actually go where the games are, I own all the console and play games. These guys just reiterate Xbox propaganda. I’m a consumer, it’s not my job to care about the industry and company profits, it’s my job to care about the value of the product I’m buying.
