I almost gave up for the tutorial of this gimbal. Thank you for making this tutorial. This is the easiet and most clear i have encounter. Even the modes in the app was being taught.

Thank you for making this video. I just purchased this Gimbal and was a bit overwhelmed by the number of features and options with this device. (I am new to using a gimbal) This tutorial was wonderful. Just what I needed to get acquainted with how to use the many features. (BTWL Your voice is excellent for this type of video. I was strangely mesmerized by it.
Well this price is much me appealing, and I really like the idea behind the Magic Mode, giving you a fun "crash course" in ways that you can use the gimbal. It's a much better way to learn rather than just being allowed to run free with it straight away. Great video Simon!

The function of hand controls is something that other companies don't have. Tracking is the best.
The packaging is Premium.
For me, actually it is a best solution for Android Device. In addition to being the only real competitor to Dji Osmo 4. The Moza app it is a very comfortable, and easy. Away from the Chinese apps of other companies.
I search so many tutorial how to motion lapse in this gimbal then i found your tutor that features hiding in a trajectory . Thanks alot

I have this gimbal and want to like it but I seem to be missing out on something. The my phone tells me my blue tooth is connected to the gimbal but not all of the features show up on my phone, It hasn't been turn key for me. When I watch these reviews and see what shows up on Mobile Motions phone and compare it to what I see on my own phone, I feel like I am on another planet. Do I need to delete the app and re install it? I have an iphone 8, maybe that's the problem. I have some features but I feel like I'm only half connected to this thing.
Does it matter if a gimbal clamp covers the phone's power button?

Help me out. On my cellphone all shows is activate the device for a better service, but it doesnt shows the green botom saying ACTIVATION. The message doesnt complete on my screen. Its frustating because how can i activate something it doesnt show option to activate it

Thank you for this video. I was lost with the new version of the app. Unfortunately I have the Mini S for years and this new Genie App is as useless than the previous one. This is clearly visible in the footage you show at the end. The result is completely jerky. I have to use my native app to have a smooth video and lose all the capabilities of this gimbal.This app is only good for timelapses. Tested with a LG G6 and a Poco X3 Pro.
@simon harrocks I am having trouble setting up the moza genie app. my internal phone storage is full and I need the video to be stored on SD card in my phone, however there is no setting to change and it is trying to store on internal storage and will not allow me to record at all. How do I change where the video is stored in the app? please help
I doubt you can change the location where media is stored. haven't used the Moza app since this tutorial so I don't know how it works. I suggest contacting Moza

well...at least you had the activation logo...I don't....my sentence finished in: "...after completing the activation process" without giving me the change to click at the green activation logo!!! I got it...my samsung galaxy s7 edge is not supported by the app....
I don't get the "Activation" part when I start the app and after I connect my device on Bluetooth. How do I activate my gimbal?
it should prompt you to do so, but only the first time after you bought it

Nope. Also, at 1080p it only has 120fps, not 60fps
Excuse me~ In your opinion, which good option between this gimbal with the Zhiyun Smooth Q2? I'm still confused though both this gimbal because its compatibility with Android nearly same both this gimbal.

The MX is more like OM 3 or 4. Q2 is a bit different, with the motor at the front which can get into shot. But it has some advantages like swapping the battery, full 360 rotation inception mode and a bit sturdier made of metal, but not as comfortable to hold. Personally I'd probably for MX

MOZA sent me the MOZA Mini Mi for free. I almost want to send it back to them. I purchased the MOZA AirCross 2 for my iPhone 12 Pro Max Mobile rig. I worked with their tech support for about a week to get the thing to work properly. At the end, I had to return it. So, they sent me a free mini Mi.
Most of the features of the mi/iPhone app really don’t work well. Like the features of the AirCross 2, they really need to dial in the programming. Maybe I’m just too used to the DJI stuff and I’ve become spoiled. It’s great that MOZA gives you the ability to really dial in your settings. But to be honest, I don’t want to deal with that stuff. There should be some sort of intelligent programming that allows the gimbal software to auto dial it in. I just want to mount, balance, and start shooting. Just my 2 cents.
the DJI Mimo app is head and shoulders above all the others I've tried
I’m trying the Zhiyun Crane M2 next. It’s supposed to handle my payload of up to 470g. The darn SmallRig iPhone 12 Pro Max cage it solid metal. My old DJI Osmo Mobile 2 couldn’t handle my new setup. I hate using the moment lens clips just to save weight. The bigger gimbals don’t seem to be able to handle the weight or are out of my budget.

This gimble really sucks and the ginie app for android is also sucks it wont work on any of my mobile i used mi note 10 lite and now i am using poco f2 pro. It wont work I just sold it becuase of this reason
