Another oculoplastic surgeon well known on CZcams, says that fat grafting under the eye area can cause eyelid retraction by damaging the obicularis oculi muscle, this is the first time I have heard of this type of possible bad effect from fat grafting under the eye.
Do you consider that eyelid retraction is possible after a fat grafting in the tear through?
