    The great thing us that LasFit is a California (city of Ontario) base company and replaces any faulty units ASAP no questions asked free for a year and also provide professional advice at no extra cost. Their LED kits are one of the only ones in the market that mimics the exact OEM halogen lights designed from factory giving u true spot on focused lighting with no dead spots and no glazzing coming traffic.

    They don't look much brighter to me but i like the white light. I was looking at Hikari Ultra LED 12,000 lumens and they are noticeably brighter than halogen, almost like HID.

    Nice vid man... Do u know which is top and bottom... They say the led chip should face 3 and 9 o'clock ... But does the shaved out section around the chip matter? Also do u evere adjust the actual headlight housing adjustments?

    • @georgeof78
      @georgeof78 Před rokem +1

      I just pick these up. The 3 tabs that lock into the housing actually slides off (it's held on with snug fitting o-rings). I actually removed them from the bulbs and installed the 3 tab mount and then clocked the bulbs at the 3 to 9 o'clock position. On these the wire should be at the 6 o'clock position. So the cut out should be up top

  • @a_singh96
    @a_singh96 Před rokem

    For some reason, when i tried to twist the bulb in the housing it would not stay in there so I took out the orange O ring on the 4runner led bulb and it finally fit

  • @Sal_car88
    @Sal_car88 Před 4 lety +4

      HID's are still brighter though, I had a Mini H1 7.0 Setup with 45W Ballasts. My bowls started to fry so I popped in new headlights with Lastfits LA Plus, they arent anywhere near as bright as a good HID setup. Even my wife during night driving was complaining about light not shooting out as far. Aftermarket LED just doesn't have it yet, but they are closing the gap for sure.

      @@Dexion845 but that also depends on how hot or how cool the led bulbs are.
      Anything that’s above 150 degrees Fahrenheit is a thing that we always take in the consideration for lifespan. Anything under is a good option.
      The higher the wattage, the shorter the lifespan, the lower the wattage, the better the lifespan.
      And that’s why Lasfit - LA plus is surprisingly reliable.
      Because after 27 minutes which is the average commuter time in the US, and according to bulbfacts that did the observation of the LA plus. It gets cooled up to 96 degrees Fahrenheit. That tells me that those LA plus are the way to go for our daily drive.
      30W led bulbs are perfect balance for an all in one led bulbs.
      Usually a led bulb with an external driver is a better option for heat management and longevity, but sometimes this not always the case for this.
      To me, anything between 20W-35W is a sweet spot for low beams, anything between 25W-65W for high beams. And anything between 8W for u want to match the headlight color temperature, to a usable 30W is a sweet spot for fog lights.
      Even if it’s a common 1 year warranty, with pool doing observable testing for led bulbs and how they truly perform. We know they will last.
