The guy has extremely low bodyfat as it is. The problem is cutting extreme amounts of weight, everything has to go perfectly, and if you can't be fighting any type of virus/infection. They are extreme weight cutters those guys. The solution for him would be to actually put on a few more pounds of muscle and move up a weight class.
