It's a beautiful dedication to her little boys filled with lots of wisdom and love
Basically she's telling them that even though life sometimes hurts you, you gotta keep loving, laughing and enjoying life
That even though a part of their family broke, you don't throw away the broken pieces but repair it
There are also touches-in my opinion - of her hoping that her sons have/show forgiveness because she says that even though she might not know how to turn the other cheek, she hopes that nothing but love leaves their lips
At the end of the day, she's not a perfect person but she's an incredible mother that wants nothing but the best for her children

Acrostico is from the first letter of each sentence of the lyrics. MS is for Milan and Sasha (her boys names). This song represents the end of their dream to be a complete family, packed up and moved on (to another country).
