I really wish you guys would’ve been able to get the nuance of the Spanish words used because you missed two huge things.
When she says to splash you the word for ‘splash’ in Spanish is “salpique” and her ex’s last name is Pique (pronounce the same as the ending of salpique). That’s why she made the point of “splashing” with her hands while she divided the word to drive the point in.
She also uses the word for ‘clearly’ which is “claramente” and dies the same thing dicing the word in half to make the point of saying “CLARA mente” because her ex’s mistress’ name is Clara!
She was beyond savage and he deserved it after bringing her (his employee) home to his family home where she literally ate Shakira’s jam (not kidding, it is true) who’s his what prompted Shakira to get a PI.
She also appears in like 3 of his sports/online livestreams that he did in at hotel rooms while abroad. They deserve this song!

She was married to Gerard Piqué, a famous footballer, and he cheated on her apparently with a young girl called "Clara Chía" (and allegedly with other girls) so the first reference would be when she says "yo solo hago música perdona que te sal-pique" - " I only make music sorry if it splashes you", since it ends with "Piqué", his exs name, it's clear who she's talking about.
Then, she says "she has the name of a good person" because "Clara" (in English it's Claire) sounds like the name of somebody who is innocent and good, so then she says "Clara-mente no es como suena" which means "Clairly (or Claire-ly) is not as it sounds", again naming indirectly his new girlfriend called Clara.
Also she says I'm better than two 22 year olds cos his new girlfriend is 22.
She also says you left me with my mother in law as a neighbor bc when they were together he built a house next door for his mother.
