Ladbrokes is such a perfect name for these kind of places literally only broke lads go there
Incorrect, I'm a multi billionaire business owner and I bet with Ladbrokes so what's your point. Obviously you'd have to have money to put on a bet on the 1st place. Even if you have 1p in your pocket, you're not exactly broke as it means having *nothing*
just had a tug to this, cheers big D, just finished down my leg
you tookthe very long route from bearsden to drumchapekand the supey... the supey was shite 30 years ago and its still shite with different shops... the only thing i saw diffrent was the prefab houses across the street used to be brown wooden claddded.... those driving calming barriers are on peel glen cos that entire area was a nightmare and many stolen cars barreled down that end of peel glen road causeing accidents... im trying o work out how you showed us bankglen road afte peel glen road, thyre nowhere near one another
What you are recording is the retail and social history of an area that will be bulldozed in the not too distant future, it would have been nice to see the names of the shops you walked past, they will be triggers for people's memories one day.
Hey Daniel, you just visit Victoria Park in Scotstoun, think you'd like it!
I'll check it out!
Most of the Council housing looked reasonably well maintained and clean.. I am not sure what it's like to live there tho'!?! Going by the local shops, neighbours will be all poor people along with some inevitable anti social
low lifes..
Thank u man for explanation
great stuff daniel lad
SASHBASH IN THE DRUM🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
No way, in Dublin we have a place called Dundrum, everyone calls it "the Drum" for short, but it's far from this as it's, actually quiet posh. It's also located only a few mins from the Irish mint.
Really
@@danieltainsh9536 Yep, has a big shopping centre with all the designer stores in it aswell, you'll often see Conor McGregor out there and other Irish celebs. They also used to house the main hospital for the criminally insane there but it was shit down few years back, and in the height of mental health crisis might I add as it was during covid. I'm a psychologist and addiction counsellor so I've had links with the place for years. The Irish mint is literally only a 5 min drive from that shopping centre. You're talking easily close enough to a million for some of the houses in the area. Even there council estates are quite posh.
Kilfauns drive 😂
top notch content 👌👌
And we are not all smack heads lol 😆
Bleak
LOL, never seen a local shop literally named, local shop.
Haha true lol so basic
