Here’s everything I used
Fish - I used white bass ( cat fish will work perfectly too )
Pat it dry and season with a bit of salt
For the pepper mix -
2 red bell pepper
1 onion
Scotch bonnet pepper to taste
2 garlic
Basil ( curry leaf ) - a game changer 📌
Oil
Maggi
Salt
Smoked paprika
You’ll also need plantain you can use yam too.

Red onion is good too. I like the way your blender purried it. I like the white plate with gold rim. Great tip pat dry the fish. And slice to let seasoning penetrate through. Will try that. I wish i could eat some.

If you don't have oven, try using a grill. A microwave is a bad idea, it may not cook properly the way it's supposed to.
Foil is dangerous to use in a microwave, it may catch fire.
