Actually I'm into grilling. If the moisture is much the only way it will dry up is if you allow it to heat for a longer time because fish have some moisture content in it. You can actually drain the water reheat it to dry. Or better still do a nude roasting with an electrical grill er or coal

Same here. I guess it's d oil dat was applied on d fish dat melted in d foil. Though, still came out delicious regardless.

To get rid of the fishy smell you need to rinse the fish twice with lemon juice and salt, then rinse neatly with water
