Respectfully, I disagree with the order but it's still nonetheless a solid list. All of these characters deserve recognition. I'd recommend Supernatural's Jack Kline, The Darkness, God, and Lucifer. The Good Place's Janet is unbelievably powerful. Star Trek's Q is a powerhouse too. There are so many powerful characters but they don't all have to appear on every list otherwise they'd be boring.

Dr Manhattan is more powerful, he can create and destroy planets, create black holes, create new dimensions and has awareness beyond time and throughout the multiverse. He's virtually invincible because he exists beyond his body - you can destroy his body and he just creates another. It's like comparing a kid's sand pit (Apocalypse) to the Sahara (Dr Manhattan).
Dr. Strange Supreme would dominate this list now, having multiversal powers, he ate an entire galaxy and destroyed his own universe. He's resistant to time manipulation and the power of every Infinity Stone.

I understand that when this was created, some of the heroes were not yet develop their full potential and unseen to viewers as it is mentioned that if this is based on TV and not on Comics. On My opinion, silver surfer must not be the first in rank cause we have SPECTRE and his Foe, especially Apocalips who are POWERFULLY-speaking that was almost invulnerable, we have also Jean Grey aka Phoenix or Dark Pheonix who destined to be powerful yet later that was covered. Scarlet Witch is basically a God. She spoke the infinity stones out of existence in the comics. She can change reality with a thought. She'd definitely be at the top here.

If we can add flash in comics, well he just reset an entire multiverse.
Created multiple timeline, can think in a attoseconds and can beat teleportation speed.

How Wanda can even beat flash if flash's perception is a Wanda being froze in time. ( A billion years to be specific).
But since we are talking about the film or tv version of those, well, dceu flash from synder cut justice league can still beat Wanda even in her wandavision version.
Don't forget, flash can go beyond the speed of light, and can even time travel to the past.

I know, scarlet witch from wandavision is extremely powerful but it's useless if Wanda can't even catch the flash. Flash can also create a new timeline, he does this everytime he's messing with time.

That would be complete time manipulation and by that I mean the Remote from the movie click but with your mind instead of an actual remote. If you're going by stats there are many DC or Marvel characters that could wipe him out but Idc to go that into detail. Hell, Wanda still could, you can't convince me otherwise. She could control his mind make him see whatever she wants. He wouldn't win a fight he couldn't even get close to her without entering her reality and being turned into something else not to mention she can look into the future so she'd already know his plan before he could confront her. You basically just argued that he'd run away not even fight her. Hell, Jean Grey would know what he's thinking. She'd fuck him up cause she's a God with the Phoenix force. She could wipe out whole universes. Her and literally anyone with the infinity stone gauntlet. Darkseid has fucked up the flash too. The flash in general has never been portrayed in media as powerful as the stats you pulled up from comics because the movie or show would be boring. If any of these heroes reached their comic stats there wouldn't be a conflict or bad guy strong enough to make a show or movie with life or death stakes. Hence wouldn't be worth watching. You pulled up stats from lore, not TV shows or movies.

Nah. By that logic; Marvel's Rogue should be on that list as well - if nobody had powers then they'd be powerless as well. That's the thing about Dr Manhattan - he's not only basically omnipotent but he's the only one with actual powers in the Watchmen series.
the scarlet witch could of really made the list but i already suspected that most introduced mcu characters right now wouldn't make it, because marvel is about the build-up in power levels that is why it's rich in storyline, soon when the beyonder, galactus as well as the cosmic and celestial entities finally enters the mcu it will definitely dominate the list.

Dr Manhattan is more powerful, he can create and destroy planets, create black holes, create new dimensions and has awareness beyond time and throughout the multiverse. He's virtually invincible because he exists beyond his body - you can destroy his body and he just creates another. It's like comparing a kid's sand pit (Apocalypse) to the Sahara (Dr Manhattan).

Magneto should at least be on the runner up list. Dude moved the entire Golden Gate Bridge, and was made even more powerful after Apocalypse enhanced him.
I understand that when this was created, some of the heroes were not yet develop their full potential and unseen to viewers as it is mentioned that if this is based on TV and not on Comics. On My opinion, silver surfer must not be the first in rank cause we have SPECTRE and his Foe, especially Apocalips who are POWERFULLY-speaking that was almost invulnerable, we have also Jean Grey aka Phoenix or Dark Pheonix who destined to be powerful yet later that was covered. I believe there were some discrepancies needed to be fix in the review.😇 Thanks

BTWFYI, The Phoenix Force (Jean Grey) is a Cosmic Entity in the MCU. In fact, The Phoenix Force is the Universal Force of Life. The Phoenix Force is the counterpart to Mistress Death. Similar to how Infinity is the counterpart to Eternity. Space, Time, Life, and Death. Cosmic Entities crafted the Infinity Stones. Phoenix Force made the Mindstone because Phoenix Force is the creator of all psionic abilities, this includes Telepathy and Telekinesis. Wanda Maximoff (Scarlett Witch) gets her powers from the Phoenix Force, this is why she was able to use her powers to communicate with the Stone inside Visions head. If someone actually killed the Phoenix Force, all life everywhere would cease.

Wanda is powerful, specially in the comics. In the movie she was said to be the most powerful Avenger. But she is only telekinetic and a minor telepathy so far...
