After the fall of Dikiy's empire, the Imperial Pacific Fleet in Magadan has decided to break away to pursue what it has always done: piracy
This warlord consists of sailors from the Free Port of Magadan during Nikolai Abramov's rule. He became an admiral for the Eternal Regency of Holy Russia but he doesn't like Dikiy's ideology being pushed on him. That is why he decided to break away and attack foreign ships in the Pacific and perform smuggling operations. Because of this, it barely has enough food to not starve and they must always ration everything since everything they have is smuggled
