Two years later 2019, they released a second sketch of what appears to be a younger man, they said that second sketch was originally the first sketch ( very confusing). At this point of August 2021, neither sketch has helped to find the suspect. I believe LE should seriously consider bringing in new eyes from the outside to go over ALL the evidence.

Fast forward to April of 2019, when LE released Young Sketch. A sketch that was one of several sketches LE had at the beginning of the investigation that depicted people known to be at the crime scene (Sgt Holeman, CrimeCon 2018). Starting to look like the killer may have been hiding in plain sight as a witness the whole time.

Just an armchair investigator's guess here that the video recording went further than was shown in the two frames. In other words, Libby was recording until the man looked up. At that point, the frames in the video probably blurred & it would have yielded itself of no use to the public. But in the meantime, someone procured the services of a specialist in digital investigations/artistry what not (FBI?) and painstakingly they captured each frame of information & then combined the total pieces to make the face.
They had t come up w something but they released a composite of a Kokomo man who was questioned n released way bak in March!! Sad this is all they come up with! Playin this case toi close t vest as it grows stone cold.

i have a theory, i saw in a youtube vid the wooded area where the girls where killed and there was a deer stand in a tree, the killer went to take down his deer stand because deer hunting season was over and the killed sat in his deer stand and watched these girls and saw they were alone . the picture of him walking shows he has something in his pockets ,possibly tools to remove his deer stand if the deer stand is still there ,some people put there name on their deer stands.
if you can see his face from the picture your eyes must be magic! maybe you should go to the police and correct their mistakes. i'm sure they would be interested to hear from you since you know more then they do from that grainy picture taken from 70 ft away.

They showed 2 totally different men. Seriously people get the picture correct; 2 different faces. It is also possible that the guy is wearing a disguise.
