I love Pegasus for many reasons - the voice helps a lot (in the English dub, at least. Who voices him in the Japanese? ...Jiro Jay Takasugi, who has no other credits on IMDB so I have no idea what he sounds like.) - but one of them is that he's an unexpectedly complicated villain, and not just because of the "resurrect dead girlfriend" business. He is, indeed, fey and foppish and generally somewhat ridiculous, but at the same time, you can tell he's playing that up in his public persona to bring up the idea "oh, Pegasus, the fey, foppish, somewhat ridiculous dandy? he certainly couldn't be a dangerous mastermind!" And you could argue that his inability to manage his own grief stems from a case of arrested development. There's a lot to him, is what I'm saying, even beyond the pretty hair and interesting taste in eye-socket decoration.
I would say Pegasus is the best Villain in the original series, He has more presence than the other Villains, at least for me he did. I mean he created the game.
Yeah, I like to collect cards. I haven't bought many cards recently, but I have amassed quite a large collection. I did buy the real life pot of greed last year, that was pretty expensive. As for the show, I haven't watched in a couple years but I have seen it countless times, love it, was a huge part of my childhood.
