my Opinion on POJK issue;
1. As of Now one immediate actions required from Govt of India: " We will Supply Grain, Food items to POJK(Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Rawlakot, Baag, Gilgit &Baltistan(Gilgit, Hunza, Skardu),) and say these are our People(Only those who have been here before 1947 and not after 1947,)
2. In First attempt-From Back Channels India must Say to Pakistan Army and Negotiate the amount of Money with exchange of this territory with all the conditions for merger with India.
3. If Pakistan Army doesn't agree on step 2 Merger, Then India can keep Supporting them morally, Food and Grain Supplies etc. and keep engaging with representatives of this areas by various mediums.
4. Once we get the opportunity like China keep going down or engages in a conflict-in South China Sea and our economy is minimum 8 to 10 Trillion(With Navy having atleast 25 Submarines, 2 Working Carriers, 30 Navy Fighter jets, IAF having atleast 100 Rafale or similar Fighter planes, 300 Tejas Fighter planes, we must have developed & established more Units of Army which will be deployed to consolidate these areas, Maximum amount of Arms, Ammunition levels) then We can ask Pakistan to Vacate this territory being planned and executed by Our Define forces as China will be engaged in other front by taking into confidence Russia, US, Saudi Arabia etc.
5. During this merger India Must not take the People who were not resident of these area before 1947, We need to develop a mechanism, documentation, policy to implement this strictly and then do the consolidation.
6. During the Consolidation phase of 5 Years +5 Years:------->
1. Verify the people who are coming and residing in these areas with Indian agency strictly in each and every home/family.
2. Develop their infrastructure, Tourism & Industry(Road, Bridges, Schools, Colleges, University with atleast our 30% our people and then handover in 10Years, No Madrassa education allowed, No Mosque can be constructed) and they can't engage with our people in any form only Travel is allowed with documentation within specified days(including our Jammu & Kashmir) for atleast 10year in first phase, politely ask them to do Ghar wapsi to Sanatan dharma. Strictly follow De-radicalization on priority.
3. Start the election from District level to state level and keep it as a Union Territory thus giving them representation.
4. Review the 10Year status.....then only think of again increasing to next 10Years or 5 Years etc.
7. Once this is Consolidated then Ask China to Vacate Saksgam and Aksai Chin areas....
