I just got the testo 550s. I'm hoping they're pretty good. Never owned digitalis til now
Yup them elitetechs are knock offs from appion Ion stubby gauges which I still use because they have held up fine for me I like them a lot, great thermistor clamp and an be adapted to any size pipe with zip ties. At first appions app for the gauges was shit than they finally came out with a new version. Weirdly enough when that happened they announced the discontinuation of the gauges. I asked them awhile back if they plan on coming out with anything soon they told me to be on the look out something is coming 🤘🏻
ive got fieldpiece and testo, Testo 55 is my primary set over the fieldpiece, same on meter, my primary is testo over the fieldpiece.
I like TestoTest gauges, but Fieldpiece meters

They are good gauges
I have a Testo 550 bought used on EBAY a few years ago. This set is made in Germany. They have worked Flawlessly. Caution I am seeing Chinese clone junk mimicking Testo 550 format.
