I typically like to spread out my videos and was not going to visit the Wynn Buffet for another year but the daily 1pm Seafood Buffet is only here for the next 3 months. Would you be interested in me returning to review that in a few weeks? Or would you prefer that I continue to showcase the different restaurants I have in my line up?
Yes please! That's one I'd try if the seafood selections were more extensive than at the standard brunch.

We ate at this buffet last May and it was amazing! The face when you are eating the bananas foster cinnamon roll says it all! I do not eat bananas, but I had to try it when I was there. To. Die. For. That was the one item that stuck with me ever since. Going again Friday. ❤ My husband loves mango and will be on the lookout for that ice cream this time! And hey… we are both fellow lefties! ✋😁

Wynn buffet is so good. I was there last week with out of state friends for their gourmet dinner buffet and it was so good. had pretty much 3 plates of crab and lobster claw. Also that vanilla mango custard ice cream was really good along with a banana foster crepe.

I haven't been at the Wynn buffet post-pandemic,, but it looks better than the times I was there before. It is a shame the meats were dry. Those would have been my go-to as I love barbecue meats.
The Wynn Buffet is always a part of the conversation when it comes to best buffets in Vegas and they're still doing it right. Absolutely a shame the meats weren't great this time, but the carvery at buffets especially benefit from getting the fresh cuts. Thanks for watching Robert!

Definitely some misses this time around. It really comes down to timing. I can guarantee having an amazing buffet meal but you'll be standing in the food lines a while waiting for fresh trays to be delivered and that's not a great experience either. Thanks for watching Shawn!

Doesn’t it suck when you get excited about eating something like the kurobuta pork and it doesn’t taste good bc either the flavor is off or dry in your case. That bananas foster cinnamon roll looked fantastic. That’s another thing that’s awesome is when you try something you haven’t eaten before and it’s delicious. Thanks for posting Shin
Yeah, the carvery meats is something that does benefit a lot if you camp out for a fresh serving. But yeah, that cinnamon roll was outstanding. Best part of YouTubing has been finding all sorts of dishes I haven't tried before that are simply awesome. Thanks for watching Ryan!

@@VegaswithShin , absolutely! I’m not the biggest breakfast/ bunch guy especially at that price point. I don’t usually eat until at least noon and definitely would pay up if they had a good selection of expensive seafood
Only 2 one I love my eggs start with 3 then 3 more maybe an omlete and a biscuit with gravy

I have been to the Wynn 2 times for the dinner buffet. The first time I was very impressed so I put it on my list for a return visit. The next time, the food just wasn't as good, dishes were cold and some of the stand out items were missing. I got the endless pour package both times and I think I talked myself out of getting that in the future. Next trip I am going to focus on the foodie tours, Henderson resorts and Chinatown and skip the buffets. Even though they are pricey, I think that the variety of options makes them still a good deal.
The buffets are nice to hit but consistency will always be a concern. I think you're on the natural progression of foodie levels where one day, the buffets just aren't enough and you want to explore your culinary horizons. I like it! Thanks for watching!

Buffet life, even at the best buffets, can have misses just based on timing. Any dish I enjoyed could have been worse if I got them later, and any dish I didn't enjoy could have been better if I got it fresh. But I want to show a standard dining experience. I could camp out and try and get fresher refills but that's not as authentic. Thanks for watching!

Shin, I love the videos, but could you do a room service check? When I took my mother in 2008 to Biloxi at the Beau Rivage, once we got settled and the next morning I ordered a huge breakfast/brunch. She enjoyed that immensely.

Eggs benedict just doesn't seem like a food that should be sitting for a bit. It'd be cool if they had a side of the hollandaise sauce you could scoop on yourself. The chicken noodle soup sounds amazing though and the meats looked very tasty too. Cinnamon rolls are great on their own but the bananas foster would just elevate it so much. Awesome video Shin.

Your face when you tasted that cinnamon roll said it all. For some reason I feel like the pork would've paired well with the cinnamon roll. I would've eaten them together.

If you get inside before 1 and pay just the regular brunch, will you able to stay for the seafood brunch?
Yes, but timing that is going to be very difficult and comes down to the size of the line and when you get in it. And though service starts at 1pm, I usually find that it takes roughly 30min to an hour to fully change out the menu. But if you can get in right before 1pm, then that is the ideal way for sure. Yes, it was mostly good! I could have waited a little longer for the carvery portions to come out fresh but I want to always show a standard experience. Hi Shin! I enjoy your videos, and your personality is awesome. I would encourage you to dress more appropriately for the restaurants you visit. Some of them are very upscale and a tshirt is not appropriate - too casual. Wynn Resort in general is very upscale and guests should dress in accordance with their environment. Also, work on your manners a bit 😉 smaller bites and less shoveling. Not trying to offend, but just some suggestions.
I appreciate the feedback. I've never been one to care about my aesthetic as my looks never got me anywhere in life and so it's just not something I naturally put a lot of brain cycles into. I agree the Wynn is an upscale resort but Vegas has changed, and especially in the summer months with triple digit weather, most people are dressing for comfort as opposed to dressing to impress. Buffets in general are all resort casual dress and I tend to keep it as such. I've had comments on bite size, but I'm not thinking that far ahead when making the video. It already takes roughly 2 - 3 hours sitting at these restaurants with my current setup and flow to make these videos and having to reconsider my natural way of eating while filming is just something I know I'm not going to put additional effort into. My brain is already overloaded considering so many other aspects to take these shots while I'm there and to think if the bite was too fast or too much is just another dimension that I don't want to be adding when it comes to filming these videos. I do appreciate your thoughts and suggestions though! Thanks for watching!

Hi Rush, not really. I was actually probably in one of the quieter areas of the buffet dining space. A lot of the restaurants are just noisy in Vegas and the music always seems to be blaring.

@@rushgeddy8375 Hmm, the quietest buffet I recall eating at in recent memory in terms of music volume was Circus Circus. I don't think that falls under good quality though. I think Bellagio's is probably the best compromise
