Not earwax. It's just oil & skin cells from rubbing on skin & hair. Earwax would clog up your pods, not your phone.
You’re half right, it’s definitely not earwax, but it’s more like dust and other particles from your phone basically being everywhere with you, especially particles stuck in your pockets.

Fixed it thanks man, I did not have alcohol so I used a shaving brush and water and sound and it’s clean and working 😊

Water damage is my favourite
It looks like a lot more than it is because it’s close up, but unless you submerge your phone rubbing alcohol evaporates too fast really to do damage. Plus if you’re cleaning an iPhone there’s a good chance your stuff is at least water resistant.
